Measuring IC: Business IQ

In 2004 Egil Sandvik published the book ”Business IQ – strategy, leadership and top-line measures that make knowledge businesses smarter”. The book describes the leadership and management system Business IQ. There are now close to 150 Norwegian companies and organisation who use the system on a regular basis. Business IQ is based on the thinking behind Intellectual Capital, Human Capital and the Balanced Scorecard. “Your GPS to outstanding leadership” is the third book in the series, and the only one translated into English. The book delves more deeply into the role of the leaders based on the Business IQ management system. This book´s authors are Egil Sandvik and Per-Egill Frostmann. The tools you will be introduced to in this book are useful if you are familiar with balanced scorecard thinking and especially so if you are familiar with and a user of the Business IQ/the Human Capital Index.
