Enablers of Supply Chain Management

- Management support and buy in
- A sense of shared purpose
- Clear strategy
- Processes alignment
- Information systems

Typical SCM Enablers

Here are some more:
- Willingness to share (sensitive) information with other SC participants
- Willingness to share the benefits with other SC participants
- Trust between the management and operational teams of the SC participants.
