Typical Enablers of Supply Chain Management
Anurag Pandey, Student (University), United Kingdom

Can anyone tell me what are typical enablers of supply chain management (SCM)?

Here are some more:
- Willingness to share (sensitive) information with other SC participants
- Willingness to share the benefits with other SC participants
- Trust between the management and operational teams of the SC participants.
Note that Supply Chain Management involves people from different companies! This makes achieving the above enablers for supply chain collaboration a lot more difficult than they would be if just within the confines of one company.
