Supply Chain Operations Reference Model (SCOR Model)
Fauziah Mat Nuri, Customer Relations Manager, Malaysia

May anyone share with us how to conduct SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference Model) for a courier company? SCOR is a method to improve supply chain from supplier's supplier to customer's customer perspective.

Conducting SCOR for Courier Company

In order to work with SCOR within your business it is best that you work with a SCOR professional or attend a SCOR training course. Some detail is available on the Supply Chain Council website (available as members) however to use it alone without guidance won't do your company justice. SCOR professionals will have hands on knowledge of applying the methodology into your business.

@Bronwyn Burdis: I have been notified of some comments to this thread which I can't seem to see. I am a SCOR practitioner having previously worked for global logistics organisations with courier companies in their fold. Should you require any additional input please let me know.
