Quality Philosophies & Approaches
Hi
I'm a Btech Quality student doing research on Quality Philosophies and Quality Approaches.
I've been searching the internet and numerous books but I've found very little information.
Could anyone shed some light on Quality Philosophies and Quality Approaches please.
Thank you and keep well.

Quality Approaches
You can find the best with Phillip Crosby´s book "Quality is Free". Also Demings movie "Roadmap" or his 14 points.
Look also for "The Leaders Handbook" by Peter Scholtes (McGraw - Hill), it has the newest vision. Good luck.
Not for mere theories, but for true application.
