And clearly, people are bound within their traditions & culture, so the marketing plan has to be such that it aligns with the people's mindset.

Naive, arrogant, ignorant entrepreneurs often claim "culture eats strategy for breakfast!" They are right - for a short time - but only in small, zealous organisations.
