Culture Matters

Rightly said because we grow up in a family, society. Whatever we see since our childhood we inculcate those in our values, belief etc. And we handover these things to our successors. For example, South Indian people prefer coconut oil over mustard oil.

Review the work of Philip Harris & Moran, the authors of Managing Culture Differences (1987). They gave some ideas to reduce the tension of of cultural upset, especially when faced by marketers, and in its blockage process of the culture, when it comes to mould an influence the marketing plan.
