In addition to leadership perception we also need to look closely at available leadership competency. The available depth and breath of executive competency will determine the height of the 'barrier of complexity' that needs to be routinely scaled by the company and staff in order that a change management programme and strategy implementation may reach a satisfactory conclusion as well as dictating the pace at which of the processes can be implemented.
