Careful not to Collect All Information!

All information can not be termed as knowledge. So we must be careful in capturing all the knowledge. What I have seen, in many organization is that quite often all trivial information is being gathered, while real knowledge is left outside.
We need real wise people with a clear understanding of knowledge who can gather information and create a wisdom domain, as part of knowledge management.
