  I totally agree with Khalil Ahmed. Do you have any suggestion about how to manage knowledge effectively at the organizational level?

  All information can not be termed as knowledge. So we must be careful in capturing all the knowledge. What I have seen, in many organization is that quite often all trivial information is being gathered, while real knowledge is left outside.
We need real wise people with a clear understanding of knowledge who can gather information and create a wisdom domain, as part of knowledge management.
