  It is known that an organization is an assemblage of human and non-human resources. However, human resource is the most important aspect of an organization as it can decide on the human / non-human resources of an organization. As you know human being is the most complex of all creatures. Therefore, the human resource function is the key and most important function in managing an organization since it is a function of managing this complex creature.

  It's a given that humans are important to any business organization but how they are selected, and managed, motivated and rewarded is the real point.
There are a few HR managers who operate the HR function in a way in which all things of the first sentence are achieved. Unfortunately, there are many more HR managers who don't achieve any of the above because they see the HR function as an administrative activity. For example HR managers who will proudly say at the weekly senior management 'I'm sure you'll be pleased to know that the address of every employee is now correct'. This is obviously just a tale but sadly it's reality.
