Personal Responsibility and Ethics to Come First
Angela Fernandes, Entrepreneur, Brazil
I agree that people must manifest and assume a will to become responsible. Then they can be ethical towards themselves first and their own will and get about doing things they assumed need to be done by them for personal and ethical reasons. Responsibilities require this kind of commitment to self first.
Whenever you doubt your own motives, your motivation is diminished and you will turn out to be unresponsive towards any established ethics. It is only when you can align will and ends that you can meet appreciative standards to which you come to agree and account for responsibly.
