I agree with you Sudesh, success most definitely hinges on one taking responsibility for his/her actions, decisions, and behavior. I am an undergraduate student at University of Phoenix, studying HRM, and I have learned that compromising one's standards will only lead to distrust, dishonesty, and eventually disaster.

Success Requires Responsibility and Discipline
I agree, but think it goes with discipline, because if you take up a responsibility and you do not discipline yourself to some extent, you cannot achieve succes.
