Ethics Oath for Public Servants
It is mandatory in many developed countries for the heads of state, ministers, top officials etc. to take an oath to serve the public.
But very few ethics oaths are serious and implemented in practice, since violation of such oath is not made punishable in public, except in a few countries of the middle east.
Very severe punishment can open the eyes of everyone for change to take place and a transformation takes place in time for a better quality of life, particularly in the developing countries.
