Try 'The Jelly Effect: How to Make Your Communication Stick' by Andy Bounds, it's one of my favourite books.

One of the best books I've ever read on communication is 'Why My Horse Doesn't Listen - Learn to communicate effectively' by Vivek Mehrotra.
The word 'horse' stands for - as per Mr. Vivek-
H: communicating at home
O: communicating at office
R: communicating with relatives
S: communicating with seniors, subordinates & spouse
E: communicating with the external world
It is a great book I recommend everbody to read.
