Leadership and the New Science
Hi Mohamed, you views appear to be similar to those of Margaret Wheatley in her book "Leadership and the New Science" (1999). My questions is that do you mean management or leadership. I think there is a difference. Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things (Peter Drucker). I particularly like her idea of the capacity of life for change.
