3 Factors for Successful Change

In my experience, successful change depends on 3 main factors:
1. Convincing model shaping the future of the organization.
2. Management team of trust at the top of the organization.
3. Sound project management.
There are many other influential factors as well one also should keep in mind. Yet the 3 above are key factors if given its hard not to come out with a success.
