1. identify where the organization is today, by faciliating self -assessment by key players in the entity.
2.With the key players agree what the new ,ideal organization should look like. Define the new vision and objectives.
3.Put in place the plan, timelines, metrics and responsibilites to achive successful progression to the goals.
4.Agree that project mamagement is required through the implemenation.
