You should surely increase knowledge of differences between continents, countries... Their customs, education, languages, skills and behaviors... In order to facilitate the team building of different and often faraway members, and increase cooperation of employees coming from all parts of the globe.
Probably you will confront more conflicts and difficulties in the evaluation processes.
You must "go international" in all possible ways. One should also understand the markets you are coping with.
