Social media and new technology are changing how HR professionals deliver transactional HR services. These changes in HR services also allow executives, line managers, employees, and others to fulfill their own needs through self-serve operations.
The result means HR professionals may go the way of the dinosaurs, when it comes to the provision of transactional HR services.
