HR Matrix? HR Strategic Maturity Matrix

Hi Priya, depending on the context there are probably several 'HR matrices' being used. After all, using a matrix one confronts and describes the interactions of 2 phenomena. And of course you can compare many phenomena with each other, depending on what you want to analyse.
Anyway, as an example on the web I found a HR strategic maturity matrix that has 4 organizational / HR maturity levels on the vertical axis:
3. HR agenda
4. Integrated people strategy
These 4 levels are mapped with the a horizontal axis that has the typical status in 6 major work areas of HR, being:
A. Organisational effectiveness
B. Employee resourcing and talent management
C. Employee engagement
D. Performance management systems
E. Rewards and recognition
F. Employee development.
