Through strategic planning. All HR activities must be related to the business goals to derive optimal performance. It's all about creating the best performance management system.

Aligning the HR Strategy to the Overall Strategy

HR must be aligned towards the goals of the business. This can be done only through an employee performance management structure. HR has to become strategic in their thinking, which means the need for measuring and managing the performance of employees must be stressed.
Every process should be aligned with performance, including engagement and training.
