The Effect of Problems with Distribution Channel Strategy on Customer Value

Sometimes many customers can be in demand of some product, but because of inefficiencies in the information chain to and the distribution chain from the manufacturer to the consumers the product doesn't reach them (timely). This is making the customers lose the value that they could get from the (timely) delivery of the given product. And it is also making the manufacturers lose the profit they would have made as a result.
