Can someone provide an answer as to how the value chain concept can be applied to the marketing information system in a hotel?
Which components need to be in place to measure the various checkpoints in the chain?
Which sources of data and information should I turn to in order to obtain the measurements required?
How does the research design look like at the various checkpoints in order to obtain reliable, objective and viable information?
