Additional Hygiene Factors
Though the summary of Two Factor Theory covers most of the factors, I believe others factors like management style, organization culture, office politics, training standards also should come under the hygiene factors.
Without the proper management of these factors no motivational factor would stand.

All Hygiene Factors in Herzberg
I agree that management style, organization culture, office politics, training standards could also be considered hygiene factors besides the ones already mentioned in the summary. Although they are more ambivalent/grey. They might also be motivation factors in some cases.
Are we missing any other hygiene factors? Shoot!
