Whole Brain Model for Composition of Project Team
Jaap de Jonge, Management Consultant, Netherlands

Here are a couple of ideas.
Suppose you have some new project and you made a rough project planning including the roles that are to be played. Also you have a list of people who are interested to participate in your project team. You might have them take a WB test and use that to place them in appropriate roles that have to be performed. You might also have them discuss their profile amongst each other to appreciate each other's strengths and weaknesses. This would help them realize the added value of the project/team approach. Also it would build a kind of a common language to talk about these issues.
There are many more ways, but hope these will get you started.
