Over time, I have come to realise that the more informed you are, the more powerful and relevant you are most likely to be. In my years of experience both in the oil and gas industry and financial institutions, working directly with executives as secretary and personal assistant, I have come to realise how essential information management can be and can help in influencing the boss, which, in turn, influences other employees; as well as helping in the achievement of the goal(s) of an organisation.
