Collaboration is a Pretty Big Topic...
Collaboration is a pretty big topic... The key variety is: Interpersonal (two people), Mezo (collaboration in a team environment), and inter-organizational (collaboration between two organizations). Which one are you referencing?

Growth Through Collaboration
Thanks Peter for asking for this clarification. This discussion aims to exchange ideas about Growth through Collaboration.
That is the 5th organizational development and growth stage as described by Greiner in his Growth Phases model (the "Greiner Curve").
So to answer your question, we focus on the mezo (team and organization) level.
The third one you mention (inter-organizational collaboration) is the 6th phase as described in Greiner's model.
