A Faith-Based Leadership Model

🔥 As a secular and faith-based leadership coach, I have found that two paradigms are vital to include in this form of leadership:

1. One's STANDING in Christ (2 Thess 2:13-17), and
2. One's devotion to an Organizational Effectiveness Model to guide a process along — from good to great.

A seminal component of this vision is to encourage a leader, any leader, to begin INSIDE-OUT: do the hard yet supremely rewarding work of creating a personal vision, mission, etc, before moving into the job of doing so on an organizational level.
Devoid of job #1, no leader can be all they could be in the process of job #2. As John Gardner put it: "Effective, enduring and memorable leaders set a vision and use their authority to create an environment where people can contribute to the vision's success and flourish doing so. Leaders are environmentalists."
