Values-based Leadership
Victor Manuel Monteiro Seco, Entrepreneur, Portugal

We propose a reflection about the fact of values-driven organizations being successful.
In order to understand this subject, we need to reflect about what values are, and what those values mean to organizations.
On the other hand, we must reflect about the people who incorporate those values and make organizations successful.

Thanks for sharing this interesting view... What kind of values are you referring to?

I am referring to the organization values. Those which are referred to as organizational culture. The so called "values alignment" and the "organizational cohesion". Those which are referred to as people behaviors. Because "organizations don't change but people do".
