I believe that each CEO, political leader and anyone in a position of authority should be taught the servant leadership concept.
Furthermore, I believe that people may respect another person's position of authority for several reasons, but for one to truly be respected as a person this can only be obtained by true servant leaders, because they are people who respect the people they lead....Sign up
