Is Servant Leadership a Seperate Style?
I'm wondering whether servant leadership can be considered a leadership style of its own, or is it a portion of every leadership style that exists...

Servant Leadership Style
I believe it is a unique style because it goes beyond transformational leadership.

Servant Leadership is a Separate Style
I concur servant leadership is definitely a separate style and that is why we have a knowledge center dedicated to this unique form of leadership of which we are unfortunately seeing too few examples.
After all, it is a leadership philosophy in which the main goal of the leader is to serve. This is different from traditional leadership where the leader's main focus is the thriving of their company or organizations. A servant leader shares power, puts the needs of the followers (employees, customers, etc.) first and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible. Servant leadership inverts the norm that the people are working to serve the leader. Instead the leader exists to serve the people.
