I could point you to helpful info. Graves' work indicates that we do not have the broad based Life Conditions that would cause the emergence of Turquoise at this time. So, you should only find a Turquoise level of cognitive complexity in isolated situations. Those situations would probably entail a band of Yellow thinkers who merged their cognitions into a group enactment. It seems it would be prudent to stabilize a large cohort of Yellow thinkers before attending to Turquoise possibilities.
