Sensitivity for what Other People Feel in Emotional Intelligence
I my opinion, such sensitivity can be regarded as being part of Social Awareness / Empathy. So yes, being able to feel what other people feel (in their subconscious mind...) is definitely part of emotional intelligence.
Emotional intelligence (EI) is per definition the capability of individuals to recognize their own emotions AND THOSE OF OTHERS, discern between different feelings and label them appropriately, use emotional information to guide thinking and behavior, and manage and/or adjust emotions to adapt to environments or achieve one's goal(s).
