Improving Motional Intelligence Within Organizations

I agree having managers with good EI is very important in organizations and I think, once the ones with low EI are identified, the organization has to promote a personal program for these people to improve their EI because these people tend to disrupt the interrelations among the teams due to their inabilities to deal with their emotions and expectations.
