Emotional Intelligence of Groups and Companies

I wonder, besides the obvious EI on the individual level, can we also observe Emotional Intelligent groups or even Emotional Intelligent enterprises?

Emotion Space of Company

You can measure emotions of groups /companies by Premo. Premo is a unique scientifically validated non-verbal self report instrument to measure emotions. It consists of twelve animated characters.
Reports will show an emotion space of the company emotions.

No Emotional Intelligence of Organizations and Firms

The term "Emotional Intelligence" is normally reserved for the CAPABILITY OF INDIVIDUALS to recognize their own emotions and those of others, discern between different feelings and label them appropriately, use emotional information to guide thinking and behavior, and manage and/or adjust emotions to adapt to environments or achieve one's goal(s).
So the immediate answer to your question is: NO.

Having said that, I do think there are organizations with a high average emotional intelligence among their management team or even a high average emotional intelligence among all of their their employees.
For example, I used to work as a volunteer in a hospice and the average emotional intelligence in that organization was definitely far above average.
