Theory of Constraints in Education / Quality Assurance?

The Theory of Constraints has been applied in several areas such as the manufacturing environments, distribution and supply chain, marketing and project management.
I am interested in the application of TOC quality assurance, especially in higher education.
If you know of any reference materials in this area please inform me.

	Theory of Constraints in Educaion/quality Assurance Jorge A. Galvez and S. Hakse thank you for "introducing" tockfe to me. I have perused the materials and they are great. It however appears that toc is yet to be applied in higher education. I have yet to come accross application of toc on management of quality in higher education. May be this is still food for thought for academicians particularly the educationists, at the moment. I hope someone somewhere will take up the challenge and extend the good work of Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt.
