Targeting Young Children in Advertising

(Young) kids are a difficult demographic to market to, largely because public opinion and major media often report on advertising and marketingís negative effects on children. And rightly so, because young kids are unable to make up their own mind. That's why a good general rule is to not try to trick kids into getting something they donít actually want. Donít mislead, lie to, distract, or confuse kids.
You might consider instead to communicate with the parents. Companies are also using social media and YouTube to encourage kids to advocate a brand.
