Globalisation of Labour
Emilienne Manikon, Mauritius, Member
Hello, I am looking for the meaning of 'globalisation of labour'... Is its meaning that people can increasingly work in any country of their choice? Thanks...

It means both, I think: that an employer can potentially hire staff from other countries (wherever it is cheapest) and that employees have to sell their work capacity wherever they find somebody to buy it - even if very distant.
