Assessment of Corporate Strategy for a Multi Business Organization
Hi Bandile, since you want to analyze a multi-business firm, you should consider portfolio analysis methods, like ADL Matrix, BCG Matrix, McKinsey Matrix.
Also look for 'corporate strategy' using our search function (top-right) and you'll find many candidates...
Which one is best depends on what precisely within the strategy you're trying to assess. Aks yourself this question first.
