Composition of Power Bases

I think several power bases can be required in one individual, and suggest to focus on the composition of all power bases in making an all round powerful person/leader, e.g. expert power 40%, reward power 10%, coercive power 2% etc. No single typical power is best for any leader or for any situation. We need leaders with power to cover both normal and contingency circumstances... What do you think colleagues?

Expert Power is Strongest Power Base

If one is to give percentage to all the power bases, I would rather give 60% to expert power, because the knowledge you posses makes you all powerful. No one controls your knowledge and knowledge is power. The rest of the power bases may share the remaining percentage, otherwise you must have every bit of the social powers.
