Execution of the 4 P's of Persuasion Makes it Work

I agree with the wonderful presentation of these 4 P principles.
The only problem I see often, is people don't implement the same or falsely believe they are following it, but in reality they don't.
Moreover, the difference in outcome is highly dependent on the qualitative factor, i.e. the approach to copywriting, picture selection and the conclusion part.

I completely agree with Mr.Biswajyoti Kanjilal that the difference in outcome is dependent on the qualitative factor, which means on the creative quality of a creative director and a creative team. I worked for McCann-Erickson in Mexico and had my own advertising agency and my experience tells me so.
