The line between "online" and "offline" sales channels has gradually blurred over the past years. The digital economy has already seriously changed the approach to doing business, as well as the requirements for marketing systems, sales, document management systems and other corporate functions and applications.
As a result, today's systems thinking is faced with many questions that relate to understanding the "online" and "offline" management models. Studying the interpenetration of these two types of models can best drive business transformation with flexible convergent strategies for everything from advertising to customer service. One of the main strategic challenges that follows from digitalization is the development of business models that are based on new forms of online and offline collaboration.
