				                9th D in 8D Problem Solving

													You can replace the 8th D with 'Review', and then 'Congratulate' becomes the 9th D.

I always use 'Review' as this allows the 8D to be closed out in good time for the customer (if a response) whilst setting verification dates, i.e. did we say we were going to update the FMEA, on Date? Then did we do it?
