Additional Role of Managers
I totally agree. Employees are our internal customers, hence it is imperative that we develop them. They will then be empowered to handle challenges including external customers complaints. This will assist your entity to retain your customers and have a competitive edge as it is very difficult and costly to recruit new customers.
