The Basis for Creating a Successful Organization
Jamal Uddin, Member
Adoption of all 14 principles in an organization doesn't mean it is a successful organization. But off course it will be developing. An organization can be successfully developed if 4 things are strictly maintained:
1. The goal has to be clearly understandable among the employees and employer and should be jointly agreed;
2. Management has to be committed to fulfill the objectives set for attaining the goal;
3. Right size people
4. Resource mobilization.
These are the preconditions or the base that is required to adopt the 14 principles of management and create a successful organization.
