EVM Implementation in Construction

I am interested to know about EVM implementation in a construction company. Projects like a group of buildings, towers or town houses, etc.

EVM Implementation

I am ending a conceptual proof of concept about using EVM method for engineering project management at a large Brazilian Engineering company with several projects here in Brazil and abroad.
We decided by a time phased approach where we can: (1) proof of concept, demonstrate how the company can benefit with evm in their projects, the issues that need to be addressed, the process design demand, cultural changes, operational behavior and additional efforts, sizing a real project to be deployed at corporative level in a second stage.
This way sounds better for companies that are not used to work with advanced methods of engineering project management like evm.
My expertise starts in 1986 and since that time I was exposed to +500 projects in Brazil and 39 projects in 12 countries.
I am a Microsoft partner for several years and highly experienced with Microsoft enteprise project management, audit leader (5 years bvc) and eia 748 compliance.
