What are the ethical issues in co-operating with an international accountancy and consultancy company on a government sponsored review when that company has been repeatedly fined and censured for malpractice?

As a director, does one argue against co-operation or simply express a view and give a free hand to the CEO on the grounds that it is an operational decision?

Fines have little effect on companies of this size, so is morally based action the way to go if we really want ethically based reform? Or is it business as usual…....Sign up
