If we want to solve the really "big" problems in our society (western, middle-eastern, European...), with instability, crime, social injustice, abuse of women & children that is on the rise, and our inability to co-exist with ourselves (let alone the planet's resources), should we shift the focus towards developing the CQ & EQ as a basis for measuring education, leadership, and success?

Brilliant! I'm totally agree with measuring CQ and EQ to determine the country's position. It can be linked to the elements that you've mentioned. Probably, the education will provide the crucial answers to find out which countries have a higher level of education and are culturally aware or vice versa!
