In an era of globalization cultural intelligence (CQ) becomes important. This does not mean adopting other people's culture but accommodating the culture of people in the official as well as personal network and having regards for different cultures.
This aspect of CQ is not only inherited from our own society, culture, religious beliefs and upbringing, but can also be developed.
