This is a comprehensive framework which ties in neatly with the situational leadership concept. Can be used as a framework for designing a 'Scheme of Service' and 'System of Progression and Milestones' in companies and organizations.
It's certainly a handy tool for leadership development in any organization, even though the 7 levels may not be present in every organization.
