I am sure leadership pipeline can be best worked on in an organisation which has an institutionalized . The HR function, senior management including the CXO and board must make sure that a process is in place to co-create the leadership pipeline. Cocreation may also mean those involved may decide to combine some of the steps and not exactly follow all the 6 steps as they are. This is a very good model, and since am now new where I am, I still want an angle to introduce it more so because I found them using a different approach. Any one who can suggest how to introduce this model without causing too much conflict?
