Hating Diversity is Disastrous
I think the ultimate example of how dangerous the hate of diversity can be, were the Nazis.
That's why by doing the opposite it is sure the best results will be accomplished - I have no doubt about it.

Hate, is Always Wrong
The hate, can be disguised, as political correctness, however when diversity claims become the methodology for racist hate, it is not all goodness and light. If your family owns a business, and your family is only a single race, and you are expected to displace one of your own children, because of a lack of diversity, how is this correct? If your business has a specific need for a specific skill, and you hire someone who is a different race but is not currently able to meet the job requirements, how does your business benefit? I am not suggesting that there is anything exists the precludes people of one race from attaining the skills needed to succeed. I am suggesting that the skills needed to succeed in the job, are a prerequisite for the position, Race, Sex, Cultural diversity, are not skills, they are attributes that will likely enhance the workforce, they are beneficial to the business. However if the position open has specific requirements, the person hired must have those skills. That is how a business succeeds.
Hate is wrong, always, no matter who expresses it, no matter how it is disguised.
